Ileal Pouch Database - Downloads

Please note that the The ACPGBI Ileal Pouch Database will only work after it is copied onto the local hard drive. You will require the Microsoft ACCESS programme (Version 2000 or above) to run this database.
You should now download the ACPGBI Ileal Pouch Database file (MS ACCESS). Unzip the database to a folder of your choice. We would suggest C:\acpgbi_ipdb if you are not sure where is best. If you do not have an unzip utility, WinZip can be used and a free evaluation copy can be obtained at www.WinZip.com.

To use the database, start up Access. Choose "File-Open" and then navigate to the place where you unzipped the database. If you chose C:\acpgbi_ipdb then that is where to look! The rest is easy! Just follow the instructions.

A bulletin board specifically for this project has been setup within the RiskPrediction website, which ACPGBI members can access through this web site. Use this for support and to discuss any other issues related to the audit. Please register your involvment in the project by filling out the registration form and downloading the database. Although electronic collection of the form is preferred, you may choose to enter the data manually. A downloadable form can be obtained here.

Please register for the database by completing this form online - click here (you will be able to download the database after completing the form)

Download MS Access version of database - Full Active Version 1.11 (This database is password protected - forwarded by email to all registered users). You must complete the registration form before downloading the database. - click here or on the link above.

Download paper collection forms - WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY
